One of Matt's friends asked for a sketch of a penquin.....I love how lifelike this little guy looks.

Still entranced by eyes..........

I love to watch her sketch....so fast and effortless, like breathing.

"the eyes have it..."

Kaela was messing around with some eyes she found on pinterest.  She has been practicing reflection and luminescence.  

I think they turned out beautifully.

"Looking through a........"

Kaela's latest art project was to be looking at something through a window or port hole, etc.  

This is the first time she has used chalk pastels and she LOVED them!   She sat outside in the sun and played with this for a couple of hours.......   It was nice seeing her so content while she created.
