ROAR!

Kaela's school mascot is the tiger so for the last big art project of the 9 weeks, her teacher assigned everyone in class a tiger to draw.

Kaela found a picture and put it on her desk but when she turned her back, it somehow ended up on another girl's desk......hmmm.
She wasn't happy but didn't want to make a stink so she chose another picture.

It was a more difficult pose of a tiger lying down with his head on his legs. The hardest part was getting the ruff around his head right because part of it is hidden under his leg.

Once done, she was very pleased with how it turned out. Her smile pretty much says it all.

what a pretty kitty!

Great job Kaela! Tigers are hard to draw, paint or craft. My Husband is a tiger lover so I have made him tigers in a few different mediums. My favorite was an embroidery pattern.
